Natural home remedies 1-Take 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds +Mix in 1 L of water+ Let it simmer for 30 min+Strain the liquid+Crush ginger to make 2 tsp of ginger paste+ Press the paste on a sieve and extract juice+Add ginger juice to the strained liquid+Add 1 tsp of honey +Mix well+Drink 1 glass of the mixture every morning 2-Fill a saucer with honey+Hold it beneath the nose and inhale+ This helps to ease the breathing 3-Take 2 tsp of Indian gooseberry powder+You may de-seed and crush 1 Indian gooseberry and use it in place of the powder+ Mix 1 tsp of honey+Have this once every morning 4-Boil ½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger in a glass of milk and add ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder to it. Have it twice a day, preferably with 1 teaspoon of chyavanprash. 5-Take ginger tea mixed with 2-3 crushed garlic cloves. 6-Massaging the chest with warm sesame oil mixed with salt helps to loosen the phlegm deposited in the chest, especially, when followed with steam inhalation. 7-Mix 1 tsp honey with ½ tsp cinnamon powder. Consume just before sleeping. 8-Add 1 tsp of honey in very hot water and sip slowly. Take this just before sleeping to remove phlegm from the throat. 9-Mix 1 tsp honey with ½ tsp cinnamon powder. Consume just before sleeping.
